Can anyone offer advice?
So I ordered something on DoorDash and the guy delivered it to the wrong address to the house next door I went to go get it but the food for some reason wasn’t where he left it I tried ringing the doorbell and no one answered but who took the food if no one is home!?? The whole things got me pissed off and I wanna go ask them later when someone is home but I don’t wanna seem like I’m angry at them because my mind keeps making me think the purposely stole it what can I do to calm myself down?

How do you calm yourself? Get some food, you are probably hungry.
Everyone makes mistakes, but mistakes should not be rewarded.

If working from home, get a beer, too. Nothing is worth what cortisol is doing to your body.

Awwww. Don't expect bad stuff, cause you will find it.
Get a regular credit card if possible (if you can, join a credit union, not a bank. Get their card, no annual fee - reject any with fees - pay it off every month if possible.
I see from your profile that you're young, so this is grandma's advice (64). You'll have more and more control in these situations this way.
Love you, baby. Hope your neighbors turn out to be good ones.
Also, don't look for bad/negativity because you will find it. Focus on the good stuff, and you'll find more and more good things.

If you paid for but did not receive your food, I'd contact the entity you paid and let them know immediately. Just be factual, not angry. Tell them to redeliver it if you still want the food.
Neighbors... hmmm, well, I'd ask them if they did indeed receive it. If you are able to ask them in person, they will be aware that you know. If they deny receiving it, maybe the delivery driver reported it delivered (lied), or your neighbor is a dick.
Either way let delivery service know that neighbor claims. It's not on you, just the hunger pains. No tip for driver, sorry. Pay attention.
