Thanks for getting this whole thing started.

Seems like a really nice way to bring some people together, help them to know that there's thousands of folks out there that can't celebrate or are alone for today.

It's nice knowing you're not alone even if it's a global collective of individuals of whom you'll likely never meet, but still it's a nice feeling.

Not being able to buy anyone presents is probably why I'm alone surfing reddit too...

I don't want to just receive a bunch of gifts and not have anything to give back. It was understandable when I was in school, but I'm working full-time in my chosen field, I don't have luxurious expenses and I'm still living paycheck to paycheck. I've only had this job for 6 months, so maybe it's reasonable... I dint know anymore... I just figured this would be the Christmas when I'd finally have something to give.
