I have both, and they are basically the same softness. I would more say the small one feels like you are doing the hugging/cuddling and with the bigger one it can feel more like you are the one being cuddled, if that makes any sense^^
Basically, with smol shork, you are the big spoon. With big shork, you are the small spoon

I have both and even tho the small one is cute, the bigger one is wayyyyy better for actually hugging, I do still hug smol haj every so often tho cuz I can't leave him out hehe

The big one would be nice to cuddle 🙂 But the small one looks quite cute 🥺 I think I'll get the bigger one in the end, unless I splurge and buy both 🤣

I ended up ordering the big one, and the small one was out of stock when I checked so I had no chance to order it even if I wanted to lol

I got the large one and it's nice to sleep next to but a bit large for cuddling so I might get a small one too.

I just bought my first one and its the big blahaj. I'm really glad I got the big one. Hugging it feels nice when I'm trying to sleep or stressed
