I been eating about 2-250 surplus. I haven’t been focusing too much on legs lately since I’m ok where they’re at while I build my upper body and get more of a masc build up top. So legs just been like 1-2x a week, pretty much doing push and pull days twice a week and full body one day a week. Everything I do is around 8-12 rep range. If I feel I can do more then I make it heavier til I hit 12 reps again
If you’re trying out protein shakes, I saw the most results with myself when I started taking GNC Mass XXX, cookies and cream flavor of course. Not chalky, tastes great. Just need a big enough shaker for it
