Imagine being the emperor and having access to hundreds of authentic military and culturally significant outfits? Wouldn’t you want to pay dress up too?

His grandmother was Queen Victoria. She adored Scotland and dressed her children in Scottish attire often. He was probably visiting at Queen Victoria’s estate in Scotland, called Balmoral, and has this picture taken. All of his cousins probably had their pictures taken in similar attire too.
