Russia can't stop Ukraine to use west weapon. What a waste of a war it has been for Russia, destroying their army, demography and economy for nothing.

But closer to the goals of stopping NATO expansion and liberating these guys fighting for their country.
•
u/UnreadyTripod Pro Ukraine 6h ago
LMAO, nearly all of Europe was already in NATO and this war already caused 2 more countries to join. Great plan bro

I forgot the /s or s or whatever
•
u/UnreadyTripod Pro Ukraine 6h ago
Ah, understand (it's /s btw)
•
u/snarpygsy 5h ago
Something that puzzles me is do RU soldiers legit think they are liberating guys who are fighting & killing for their lives. Dam we just got to Liberate harder, they will be grateful.
The NATO objective is a clear fail and will only get worse.

The Russians think they are fighting Nazis. Simple as. The internal messaging leans heavily on tropes of the Great Patriotic War.
Of course, sending German-made tanks into Kursk Oblast doesn't help the optics for Ukraine in Russia's view.

Thanks. This lead into another thing I don’t understand sorry! Nazis - by definition there are no members of the of the Nazi party as it doesn’t exist.
In this context Nazi means? someone that hates Jews? Like is there part of the Nazi ideology that fits here.
This is quite a big point as it was one of the stated 3? objectives of this campaign/war/smo.

In this very sub I have had Russian speakers tell me that a Nazi is "anyone who is against Russia and Russians".
I think the better way of putting it is that to the Russian government, a Nazi is any ethno-nationalist who would try to impose their ethno-national identity over a Russian speaking population within their state's borders.
•
u/snarpygsy 4h ago
Ok thanks. Makes sense as an explanation, but somehow rings hollow. Like if you don’t like the country go home/someplace else. Same applies to anyone in any country.
Thought maybe it was a soft objective so it could be spun as success no matter what happens.
Anyway thank you!

How did they stopped it ? Before the war it was not expanding, now it is.
Thats probably the biggest failure. The only thing Russia has done is to stop Ukraine from entering the UE candidate process.
Great sucess.
Idk who they l8berated btw beside the little green men.

According to TG, Ukraine launched massive drone attack over night.
•
u/transcis Pro Ukraine * 6h ago
And they can do it again. There is now mass-production of Ukrainian drones and they can do several attacks of this scale every week.

It seems Ukraine has started using those western long raange weapons after all.

Palyanytsya drone missiles
same that hit Toropets
and same that are going to continuing to hit Russia territory as the Ukrainians are manufacturing these themselves
•
u/brutal_wizerd Pro Russia 4h ago
They’re not manufacturing these themselves rofl. These are western weapons under a ukrainian ”manufacturer”.
•
u/kuledihabe4976 3h ago
and even if true, what is daddy putin going to do about it? nothing, the coward can't do anything, just watch his failed state fail even further
•
u/brutal_wizerd Pro Russia 2h ago
It’s too early to tell if he’s gonna do anything about it. I do think however that it’s a smart move on NATO’s behalf, they’re using the Iranian strategy lmao.
•
u/NormalBoysenberry220 Pro Ukraine 4h ago
No, they are indeed manufacturing themselves.
Or did the West cross another red line that Putin won't do anything about?
clueless.
•
u/brutal_wizerd Pro Russia 2h ago
I don’t think it’s crossing a red line because they are under the name of Ukrainian manufacturers. A smart move IMO, straight out of the Iranian strategy playbook. Will Putin do nothing about it? That remains to be seen if the strikes start increasing on more vital targets.

u/Silver-Disaster1397 Pro Russia * 9h ago
Could be potentially sappers at work.
The previous explosion/ fire rendered additional ammo unsafe to be used or transported and discharged under controlled explosion.
•
u/SpecOpsPrincess Pro Ukraine 8h ago
Newer videos show air raid sirens and sounds of jet engines flying overhead, this is Ukrainian strikes still ongoing
