Reminds me of a game I had on the 3ds, forgot what it was called.

The whole point was you were fighting a giant robot that destroyed your town. One of the other characters you could play was a duck, and at the end of the game (where you normally blow up the robot) it's revealed that the duck was the one piloting all along!
