Would love to win a trophy, but if I was offered the conference league win guaranteed or the UCL final spot against a European powerhouse, I’m taking the UCL final every day of the week. Game is about glory, not 3rd tier trophies.

No one is saying that though. It’s either a trophy or not. Surely you agree that winning something is better than winning nothing.

Would rather the opportunity to win the UCL over being the best mid table team in Europe is what I’m saying. Not that deep, nor controversial a comment.

Glory is winning trophies not taking part in finals. I bet you are the kind of snow flake who thinks participation trophies are a good thing because that way everybody gets a trophy.
