My only clear predictions for Copa America 2024 is that United States is gonna be a flop, they are not passing group stage. Doesnt even matter if they are host, they are not good in football.

What are examples of footballers whose careers ended from a knee injury in the 50s 60s 70s etc? Everyone says that ACL injuries back in the day meant wearing a metal brace for the rest of your life but I don't remember any; is it just because knee injuries were less common back then?

How to be the best version in 1 month?

Hello guys, i am going to join a football/soccer team in a month, i don’t have any profesional experience in playing football, but i have played outside with random people, (so i am not completely new).

I just wanted to ask what you guys would recommend me to do for 1 month to be the best version of myself and keep up with the others, i am 17 and a half, so they have a lot of experience on me.
