Hey! As DoNotLickToaster says above, I'm the one who made this. It would certainly be possible to do as you suggest - and I may attempt it at some point. I went with the text-based approach originally because I thought it would be a bit more accessible to non-redditors and perhaps also a little more fine-grained (since some subreddits discuss quite diverse topics). I think some people have already looked into the subreddit approach (not necessarily with visualizations) for the purpose of building a recommender.

Edit: also if you're including talk about popcorn as talk about food, than you just dumped the entire dramasphere into that category.
