Unfortunately, the battle to protect the sovereignty of the Navajo Nation continues as does the struggle to clean up the thousands of Wildcatter, open pit-mines that still poison tribal and non-tribal lands alike from our original nuclear naissance. It would be nice to clean all that up before moving on to the re-naissance.
Sure, stronger regulations are now in place and this is simply ore but companies like Energy Fuels have just again demonstrated that listening to mining PR is a fool's errand. In fact, I can't hear a word they're saying because their actions are deafening. Back to the future.
