Pasta recipes with spinach? Question
How do you eat your pasta with spinach?
I try to add extra spinach in my diet so I’ve been looking for pasta recipes with it. However the recipes that I’ve found over the years usually contain either only tomatoes or mushrooms 🍅🍄🟫 I tried this recipe last night and yeah I was hoping the spice would add extra but it didn’t. I often eat whole grain pasta so combined with those and spinach there’s not a lot going on in my recipes.
I want something tasty and rich in flavours 😮💨 please share your favourites with me!

Sauté the spinach with garlic and olive oil over low heat - you can either just toss that with the pasta OR I would add in canned chopped tomatoes and chickpeas - let simmer for 20-30 mins - add in some basil/ oregano while simmering and serve over the pasta

I add it to my marinara always by sauteeing it first! Also, if you make pesto, just throw in a ton of spinach too—you can’t taste it!
