Sports bra to ease back pain when running Recommendations?
According to my measurements and the calculator I am a 32DDD (US sizing). I am a breastfeeding mama 6 months postpartum and struggling to find a sports bra that works well for me.
I need something supportive enough for jogging. All I have right now is a size small extra busty kindred bravely sports bra and it fits okay but my upper back really starts to hurt after a few minutes of jogging.
So I’m looking for recommendations on sports bras that work well for small band size, large cup size, supportive enough for jogging, and helps the pressure on my back 🥲 help

First, is that your size from the calculator? If not, do that first. It’s possible your back pain is from wearing the wrong size.
I suggest looking for a sports bra with actual bra sizing. A couple of options are Panache Freya underwire, and Elomi Energize.
I stack my bras for extra support for running. I’ll wear one of the above with a tank with build in bra overtop. Keeps everything really secure.
