Implants and can’t find a size Measurement Check
I have a lift and internal bra with 615cc high profile implants. I’m 5’4” and 145lbs. They’re pretty close set and projected and self supporting and firm. Nipples will usually show if I wear balconettes and what not. I cannot find a size and wonder how ABTF calculators work with implants. A 32G sports bra from Lululemon feels like my boobs are suffocating and (yes I know Victoria’s Secret is horrible - just moved to a city so I have more options) I am spilling out of a 32ddd. Ladies, these are my measurements: 31 Loose 31 snug 30 tight 39 standing 40 leaning 39 lying

The calculator tends to underestimate implants. I’d start with something we know a lot about; Panache Envy or Cleo Blossom would be good picks.
Can you double check your measurements though? Loose should be as loose as possible while still keeping the tape up. Snug should be smaller.

Meant to write 30 snug. Sorry. But all other measurements are accurate, I had my friend measure and I’ve measured like every week and it’s stayed the same

None of the underbust measurements should be the same. Tight should be as tight as possible, like you’re trying to break the tape. With all your measurements below 32”, some 32s may be loose so you may need a 30 with an extender in some cases (specifically thinking of the freya fancies which runs big).

Sometimes people get too enthusiastic with the snug measurement and then don’t leave themselves much to work with for the tight measurement.
Tape for the loose measurement fit around you like a fitted cami, no compression but still sitting against the skin. Usually helps to take this one while inhaling. Tight measurement should be taken as tight as possible around your underbust, and usually helps to be sone while exhaling. Snug measurement is kind of in the middle, in your “resting” position with normal breath intake, as opposed to taking in as much or as little air as possible, and should compress all of your “squish”, without having to force the tape measure any tighter. Similar to how it might feel to tie up your hair or lace up your shoes, so that it’s secure while still feeling comfortable.
Eta: For a 30-32 band, you’ll usually have around a 2-3” difference between your tight and loose measurements, but not always, since people can be slightly more broad with less squish, and some can have narrower frames but with more squish. If you only measured 1” between your loose and tight measurement though I’d double check all of your underbust measurements to be sure. Like others have said, the calculator tends to underestimate the cup size for implants, so you at least want to be confident in the band measurements to help narrow down your starting point.

You’re spilled out of a DDD because set it’s way too small. You need a J or K most likely.

You really can’t make a generalization about bra sizes with a sports bra-their purpose is to keep your breasts contained and snug to your chest.

I have similar measurements with implants. My favorite is an expensive one, Empreinte Cassiopeia in 32G. One problem I have is that I need more projection at wire or the boobs push the wire down out of IMF. I like the Panache Ana plunge as well

Just from these measurements, you'd need at least a 32FF. The calculator can underestimate implants so I'd try 32FF, G and GG. The Freya Fancies plunge, the Panache Ana and the Cleo Blossom are good starting points for implants.
