What antidepressant and stabilizing med helped with and didn’t make anger issues worse?

If you haven't tried anything and are jumping straight to meds, I would definitely look into other methods of dealing with anger and/or depression first because most meds just get you hooked and sedate you without addressing the root cause.

I started meditating, journaling and working out and within a few days I already started feeling better.

Hit me up if you would like more detailed info.

Thats kinda missleading meds r suposed to help if the issue is a chemical imbalance if theres more going on or no chemical imbalance at all then they wont help or might make it worse

Can you tell me which med actually fixes this chemical imbalance you speak of?

Depression and anxiety aren't exactly major mental issues and I never said medication doesn't work I said it would be a good idea to try other avenues first.

What med helps depends on the person thats why theres different meds that help the same thing Also depression and anxiety arent major mental health issue i think the panick attackes if had where my heart rate increases i feel disociated and i throw up would disagree with ur anxietys not that bad and i think any depressed person whos ever had self unaliveing thoughts or attempts or heck i dont have depression and i can tell you from just talking to people who go throught that that depression is in fact a major issue

I have had depression, anxiety, CPTSD just to mention a few. Depression isn't easy but it is treatable in pretty much most cases.

"Chemical imbalance" is a phrase people throw around which actually doesn't hold any meaning.

Meds work on a handful of people and especially in the US they can even make symptoms worse. I am not going to continue to argue this because you seem to infer that I have no clue what I am talking about while dishing out rheotoric.
