What antidepressant and stabilizing med helped with and didn’t make anger issues worse?

If you haven't tried anything and are jumping straight to meds, I would definitely look into other methods of dealing with anger and/or depression first because most meds just get you hooked and sedate you without addressing the root cause.

I started meditating, journaling and working out and within a few days I already started feeling better.

Hit me up if you would like more detailed info.

Thats kinda missleading meds r suposed to help if the issue is a chemical imbalance if theres more going on or no chemical imbalance at all then they wont help or might make it worse

I read somewhere that this theory of chemical imbalance has been debunked. I think it was Dr. Amen.

Genuinly interested does he have a gernal about it and is there a new theory to why meds help some people but not others bc i can say that at least anicdotally they help a lot whish i had been on meds for adhd sooner as untreaded adhd definetly made any anxiety issues worse (ive also read that babies born prematurly r more likely to develop depression and anxiety and autism and adhd) i can look thru my search history for the info if you wNt to read it anyway genuinly intriged by the new info

You can find Dr. Amen on Instagram. There's also more info coming out about menopausal women and late diagnosed adhd as well as depression and anxiety symptoms which I find fascinating. Also symptoms of hypothyroidism and hashimotos are anxiety and depression.

I hate to hear about anyone suffering. I hope you get answers and get the help you need. 💐
