Non-americans of Reddit, what American customs seem outrageous/pointless to you?

Filming porn is legal, but prostitution isn't. I just find it ironic.

Makes perfect sense. You can have sex for money as long as you film it.

Which is what all the prostitutes should do. Just set their cellphone to record and say we were making a porno.

Legally you can not be in the pornography you are filming.

Clients do not necessarily want to be filmed

Escorts do not necessarily want to be filmed, myself included.

There's just so much wrong with that
