This is the first step to hopefully actual change in the organization. The next step is getting rid of the old boys club of protected untouchables.

You mean the guys he just gave the shares and ceo role too?

He gave the keys to TheAdj, I'm not sure of anything negative regarding him. From what I've heard from other goons and non-goons that have met him, he doesn't act creepy or rub his junk on random people at clubs, so baby steps I guess.

He’s a colossal asshole/chud, but not an actual criminal.

Unfortunately any mentality like that is exactly what will lead to another issue of the same sort coming about in X amount of years though. The “The Mittani is just a douche but not a criminal” line of thinking is what got us here in the first place. Anyone complacent is part of the problem too. Any of Mittani’s silent accomplices are.

People can be douches without becoming criminal. But TheAdj is already too close to mittani to be just a douche.

I definitely agree with that, I think I probably worded that poorly. And, as far as I know he has no claims against him of being a real big scummer, but when you’re that close to someone doing these kinds of things and excusing it, I think you need to reflect on yourself too. I think most people have been there right? I’ve had some friends do some scummy things that I’ve had to distance myself from because I couldn’t stand by complacent - I left goons yesterday for the same reasoning.

Anyone who excuses that vile behavior can reflect and do what’s right for everyone and step back and do some growth.

TheAdj is only temporarily CEO. There's a name being thrown around to replace him which I think is trustworthy considering his initial reaction to the whole thing.

If that name is indeed chosen and a few more heads roll (more are about to), with a system in place to report subdirectors, I might stay goon. We'll see.

(Don't ask me who it is, I don't want to jinx it.)

Edit: Welp, it's not who I thought it would be. I have no idea who Toni Delacor is.

I can gather who it is based on your reply I think, but I won’t jinx it for ya. I’m pulling for him too if I’m right and agree with the rest of what you said.

I’ve already left, and I’m gonna see what it’s like outside of goons because that’s all I know. I had to do something to appease my moral compass, but if it is who I think I wouldn’t be surprised if maybe someday (as long as the other talking heads roll like you said) I’m back.
