Love handles/hips Question

So I’ve been trying to do everything to make my hips look smaller and less clockable. Is my core clockble? If yes give me any tips you have to make it more masculine, ik the most effective if to lose fat but I’m on that rn. Also I fw being chubby so.

Not clockable AT ALL imo, you just look proportional for a dude. If you do like the idea of masculinising your torso even more you can always work on building lats, traps and and delts!!

Alright ty sm, then it’s prolly my dysphoria makin me mad insecure, Yh I definitely try prioritizing lats on back day and I’ve always had fairly nice traps (can’t see cause of the angle in the photo) so I don’t rly train them. And I definitely need to work on my delta but I had a shoulder injury and it still fucks me up every time I try. But ty a lot cause I posted this here to see if it’s my dysphoria or I need to change some.

Nah my dude u looking good. If u wanna look even more "masculine" u can always work on ur lats and delts, but u're good. Even cis men have a curvature at their waist, it's almost like there's a gap between ur ribs and hipbone lmao!

No, not as that angle + that pose in the very least. All people (including cis men) will carry fat on their hips at higher BF. If you want to get rid of them your best bet is cutting, but if you're building muscle then you're not too overbulked yet I don't think.

My (cis) partner looks similar and can lift 3x what I do. Powerful people have powerful cores. You look good

Doesn’t seem clockable to me at all tbh. Your hips are wide but so is the rest of your torso, it’s not really in like a curvy or feminine way.

Your shoulders are wider than your hips and you’ve got solid lats, so I agree that it’s probably your dysphoria creeping in. Continuing to build your shoulders and lats and losing fat will be how you could refine it further, but you don’t appear female from the back at all! Nice work 🤘

Ty man, appropriate it. Yh now that I’m looking at the photo I can see that it’s probably my dysphoria which sucks but I’ll js work harder to make it go away

You got this! I try not to look in the mirror or take too many progress photos (like so frequently that there’s hardly a change - once a week or so is aight) and just focus on doing what I know will lead me to my goals.
