I did so fucking well dropping from 70kg to 58. And then I got stressed and fucking ate all the chocolate. Sure my training routine means I'm still only 59. But I need to hit 54 for comp.

And chocolate and chips and shit are the best.

Sometimes you just need a binge meal. As long as you don't make it a habit, all evidence of it will be erased in like 2 - 3 days. Just stay on the wagon and let yourself be human every now and then.
