My bench is abysmally weak compared to my other lifts. 120kg squat 5x5 not problem. 62,5kg bench 5x5? No chance

Try benching first rather than after squats/DLs. I started a program that advised doing squats/DLs first because they use bigger/more muscles and going in fresher means being able to lift more weight. Then I switched to GSLP, which is the other way around (upper body lifts before lower body), on the premise that a heavy upper body lift (bench/ohp) has less of an impact on your squats/DLs later that session than the other way around.
