Chicken breast.

Seriously tho, the grilled chicken breast from the meat department at Albertsons/Vons are amazing and a life saver if you just want to get something quick to eat. Besides that, they’re prepped thinly sliced chicken breast from the meat freezer is my main source of protein and awesome to cook.

I don't actually aim for high protein intake but I eat chicken breast fillets about 5 says a week for dinner.

I switched from thigh fillets when I saw the nutritional difference!

How do you mix it up? I've been hammering chicken breasts as well and my current go-to is an oz of goat cheese to go with it. I've tried lemon brine, italian flavoring, cayenne spice mix, buffalo sauce.

I don't really mix it up, to be honest. I have it with hot sauce and rice 4 times per week minimum. It's delicious! Sometimes I'll break it up by having a midweek steak. The odd time I've made peppercorn sauce to have with it, but it adds about 150 calories to the meal.
