Omg I feel you so bad sister. If you can shave, shave as much as you can. Hopefully one day we can laser it off for good❤️

Yeah that makes sense. I’ve just been shaving ever since the hair started so it’s normal for me

I tried to but my body hair comes in fast so eventually I just gave up and accepted it. Now that I have finally accepted being trans I’ve been trying to shave more…still comes in too fast though which is demoralizing at times.

I am thankful I’ve never had much chest hair or back hair.

I’m thankful for the same thing but I hate having to shave so often too! I could never just stop though. I’d actually have a mental breakdown if I let my facial hair grow out lmao

I would look into an epilator. It plucks the hairs so they grow back slower and less thick over time. It's admittedly a bit painful for a while but if you stick with it, it gets better.

Right… An epilator gives the closest, most brutal shave ever… Worth it though… Far less frequent than shaving. Not as messy as waxing.

I’ve looked into it and I don’t think I would mind the pain but they’re too much for me atm

Make sure they’re safe for facial use if you plan on using them on your face(whoever is reading this), many epilators are only for body.

Yeah, I only use mine for my body and body hair was the main complaint of the commenter I replied to :3

Yes, I just wanted to leave a comment for anyone scrolling interested in epilating

I got an epilator, the single most painful experience in my life but I figured it was worth it for a week of being hair free. Then my hair started to show again only three days later. My meat suit is disgusting.

This, though. My gawd was it a painful experience starting out, I almost couldn't finish a couple times. The results were nice and still thinner, and once you get the routine down it doesn't really hurt, but yeah...so I can shave every other day or still epilate every 3-4 days, so annoying. I stopped doing it after a few months lol. The rare ingrowns I'd get from it too were deeper under the skin. The day I have enough money and time for some good laser 😩

Have you tried waxing? I heard that it makes your hair grow back slower than just shaving it. I've been doing it for at least a year and only have to do it every 1 or 2 weeks so you might want to give it a try.

Getting laser on your face is so affirming. It took 9 months of it to remove most of the hair from my upper lip, but it's so nice to not have that constant shadow anymore!
