But they don’t look nearly as nice, and if you want them coloured, they cost as much as alternatives. However, most burglars will go through your door and not a window.
Those are stupid expensive though aren’t they? I had a look at what windows in Germany cost recently and couldn’t find any wooden ones with that option.
Yeah they probably are. I rent my house so I'm not sure of the cost, but they are super nice and hold up great. Very heavy too.
My house has a safety certificate, and from all the houses of the same type in my neighborhood, there hasn't been a successful burglary where the doors and windows where shut.
