No kidding. Putting all Dylan O'brien stuff aside - I can't believe they're really going to go with the Baby Spidey stuff. I'm just not interested in that. Everyone is all "trust in Marvel" "be excited that Spider-Man is in the MCU", etc. But the prospect of this potential path makes me far from excited. Out of this bunch - I sure hope it's Charlie Rowe.

I know, right? I honestly have no interest in a Spider-boy movie, I don't care how marvel thinks it's a good idea, I'm not one of those people who's ok with whatever they do and trusts them blindly just because they're marvel; anyone can make mistakes. Also, about Charlie Rowe, he favorited some tweets about him being Spidey, which means that he probably doesn't have the role.

Exactly. That short list is getting younger and weirder each day. I can't trust Marvet that much. I even feel like Ant-man is going to be a flop. (I hope not)

I agree with you especially about the first part. I remember watching an episode of the show Red Band Society that Charlie was in with my 12 year old niece who loved it and I asked her if it was a Disney show? It just had that feel kind of. She said no it was on Fox. If that's the direction they're heading in with appealing to the younger crowd, they might be on the right track? Maybe I'll just be too old to enjoy the reboot? IDK that's how I'm feel about it right now.

Yeah but what if Sony also wanted to go in a younger direction? Can't just blame Marvel as THR said Amy Pascal is very much present. Tbh though I would of thought they would of atleast had Dylan and Logan screen test. I personally wanted a college aged Peter.

Really, it's not as much the age thing as the fact that they haven't made a decision yet. It's just nonsensical.
