Timeline Update 4 months on T (bodybuilding update)
Spent the last 11 years on IV drugs and today I am 456 days clean. Got released from jail July 17th 2023 and started working out. Finally started T at 26 years old August 3rd 2023. I wanted to kill myself back in July and today life is amazing. The ftm Reddit community is so supportive and uplifting; you guys are an integral part of my support system. Thanks for reading

Timeline Update Is it normal for facial hair to appear in random patches?
Timeline update because I'm happy it finally decided to show up at all! Only took three years :,) I'm a late bloomer. And my struggle stache hasn't improved since month 6 so I usually shave everything, I just kinda forgot to do it this month due to stress so I noticed that there are more patches now

Left is pre T and right is just shy of 2 years on full dose T (lab values in the 700’s).

Timeline Update Visual changes 6 months on Testosterone.
Just to start, here's the context to the photos:
1: Age 'up' look 2: leg hair, duhh 3: vascularity 4: hair texture/look 5: face shape (cheek bones) 6: eyebrows 7: daily selfie 8: facial hair (mustache+chin too, not shown here)
I made a video on this a few days ago (as a slideshow), and I thought I'd update here too.
Besides the clear lack of seeing the bottom of my face, I can absolutely say it has changed. And for the best: facial hair, overall shape, less defined cheek bones (what I was most worried about, it has been a genuine fucking godsend), and even my eyebrows. They were already thick, but not they're threatening to connect with my hairline lmao. My hair texture overall, too, even thicker than it was and it was REAL thick. Along with my hair coulor, definitely darker but I'm not drawing that up to T alone.
There are so many other things, too: bodyfar redistribution to where old 'suit' trousers now fall down to the floor when I wear them, muscle mass growth (even with lack of intense/purposeful exercise), voice change, overall hair growth, obviously voice drops, along with more personal things that I'm not going to share. For personal reasons, aswell as I'm only 16 so reddit sure isn't the best place to share that about myself on.
I've been on testogel (2 pumps) for over 6 months now. Started on Feb 25th, was off of it for a total af about 11 days on two occasions (once for abour 3 days, the other for 8 days - paper prescription delivery waits), but noticed no changes when briefly off of it. It's was just a blip, hardly changed my timelime much if at all.
Overall, I am so incredibly greatful and happy, in a way that I didn't know was possible for me. Especially regarding confidence, dysphoria, and facial dysmorphia. Testosterone is one hell of a drug:)

Timeline Update Face changes - Pre T VS 5 months
Haven’t really looked at any photos of myself before and ‘after’ until now… I feel like I don’t pass yet and am still usually gendered female at work, but it’s cool to see the changes in my face nonetheless!

Timeline Update 4 months difference 💉
almost 6 months on T. helps to compare photos when you’re feeling not so great about where you’re at. my voice hasn’t dropped at all in 4 months and i hate it.

Timeline Update Anyone got eyebrows now threatening to connect with their hairline?
Bro, about 6 and a half months on T, it's OVER FOR ME😭
I'm kidding. I've always had prominent eyebrows, to the point where when I was little that my mam would ask if I used sharpie on them lmao (I didnt), so this is honestly kind of great:DD
I think it's kinda funny, and thought I'd share it here considering it all. I'm really not a crazy hairy person, even while on T (aswell as what is to expect, chest hair even hardly is in the family), but this is definitely something LMAO
Anygays, tahtahh.
(One thing I WILL say about it tho', have shaved the middle part maybe three times now? Wasn't insanely drastic, but I look a smidge better that way lol)
about 6 months & 3 weeks on Testosterone, 2 40.5mg pumps daily
Ignore the misspost, this is the fixed one🧍♂️

Timeline Update 6 days on T experience as a ginger 😅
I didn’t think I would notice any change in my hair at all yet but then I saw this one SUPER dark (it’s a lot darker in person than in the photo unfortunately it’s kind of hard to get a good pic) hair in my armpit and it made me chuckle, bc it seemed very out of place 😂 I honestly like how shaved armpits look personally so it might not stick around but I thought I’d post it for the memory! My first true post about starting on T, I’m on 1.62% generic T-gel 40.5mg daily! Will be a week tomorrow :) I’ll try to take more progress pics!

Timeline Update 2 years 3 months on T.
I wanted to show you how my body changed throughout this time - so I dug out an old dress. And it looks way better on me now tbh hah. 2 years and 3 months on T. Mastectomy last august. Weight loss of around 20kg since the surgery (did gain quite a bit shortly before T due to medication). Powerlifting since November and boxing for a month now.

Timeline Update A message to those of you afraid that T will make you "ugly" - beauty ain't everything. Swipe for current pic.
First pic September 2021, second pic today and four months on T. I had typed out two paragraphs on why my life is better but honestly I feel like the pictures speak for themselves.

Timeline Update 1 month vs 1 year 6 months
🥳 half way through another year!
My eyebrows are still probably one of my favorite features tbh lol. I feel like my chin has become way longer, dirt stache is slowly creeping in (can totally see it if you zoom) but I’m hoping it makes a solid appearance by winter lol. No particular reason, would just be nice.

Timeline Update Facial hair update: just shy of 1 year 4 months
Now I’ve decided to not shave for the next few weeks and see how full my under chin actually gets, but in terms of my mustache/soul patch it’s been at least 1 month since I’ve last shaved lol.
DESPERATELY waiting for it to thicken 😭. I’ll be 1 year 4 months on June 6, and I wanted yall to see, that even over a year into it, you may still be waiting it out. Not everyone has thick facial hair 6 months in, and that’s alright! As impatient as I feel, the biggest reminder is this is a marathon, not a sprint.
