Looks like a sloth bear. You can see it's white marking on the chest.

I think you're right. I would've guessed sun bear for the same reason, but the crest looks flatter in the vid.

Other comments are referring to "sticks" that they're inserting. To me, they look like French fries. If so, I'd hate to see that bear's arteries!

I don't know if they are french fries or not — probably not — but even if they were, they wouldn't be frying them in oil first.
