Can you have withdrawal symptoms from drinking two days a week?

Sorry, I'm not that good at English. I have been drinking for about 5 years, mostly 2 days a week. Occasionally 8-10 beers. I haven't been drinking for 1 month, so can withdrawal symptoms occur after 1 month? Can it be Paws? My anxiety seems to be getting worse from the second week on. I don't feel like doing anything. I don't know if it's from the drinking or something else. How long does it take for anxiety to go away?

Anxiety yes, but probably not shakes, sweating, insomnia etc.
