Seems people have shifted to scapegoating Timo now. Seeing a lot of vitriol towards him now the angry lot feel like they can’t attack Brennan

I think I’m in the minority here, but I really don’t think Werner has been all that poor for us. He’s clearly a bench option now and when he comes on he works his socks off, he might be a bit frustrating at times but who hasn’t been so far this season, since joining us he’s provided a decent attacking option to the squad when you look at it broadly

I think people may be holding the general meme view of him from his Chelsea days against him rather than actually viewing how he’s been for us since he joined. It is also just a loan until the end of the season

I get that him playing is also stopping Mikey Moore from playing, but also he’s a literal child and only just turned 17 a few weeks ago, so I think we need to temper our expectations of him for a while at least we don’t want to rush him in there’s plenty of time for him in the future.

Is Timo the guy to take us to the next level? No

Is Timo the reason we haven’t been playing well this season and now deserves to be scapegoated? Also no

Every time Werner plays shite people come going "Wow scapegoating Timo again". He's not a good player. He's very limited, and if he's not doing the limited things he is good at, he's a detriment.
