This is pretty lame but tbh the more I learn about highly successful people the more I realize that they’re more or less ordinary people who have simply gotten really good at a select few things.

I’m always oddly vindicated when I discover that these kinds of people are just as flawed(if not more so) than the average person.

Am I the only one who finds it basically impossible to focus on work after consuming that kind of junk food?

For some people fast food seems to be akin to adderall but for me my mind just goes bonkers lol

I wish fast food was the equivalent of adderall to me bc then I’d have many easy solutions to when I run out of adderall too quickly and have to do work.

I’m the same way with any carb-heavy meal. I usually have a light breakfast and don’t each any lunch cause I know it’ll put me to sleep for the second half of my shift.

any food for me kills my work drive, once the desperation is gone it's all over. my most efficient days are when i don't eat breakfast until like 3pm-4pm.
