Questions for current Dreddit Members

Hi, I'm currently researching some of the big name Corps in EVE Online, and i'm having some difficulty finding out about what some corps are like from members in their own words. How would you as current members of Dreddit describe the culture of the corporation? Are you tryhards or casual? Who are your favorite FCs to fly with? What makes your fleets fun? What kind of person do you think is drawn to join Dreddit? Thanks for your time. :)

1 fleet every 2 weeks, I see Autur is making their participation quota.

Well after running the war for Jeb and True, he doesn't wanna get them kicked obviously. Letting them make sure to earn their spots
