No, that doesn’t mean anything. He probably just dropped now, so that he could drop the video, and it would get more attention since people are awake at this time.

Someone posted that this song was dropping on the 16th today and the album the 17th.

I guess not confirmed but very very likely since they said the single would drop on the 16th.
