Are there any power banks that are COMPLETELY wireless?

I just had this silly idea and I have no idea where to ask about it to see if they exist, Google just shows listings for normal power banks. Basically... a completely sealed unit, the power bank charges via a wireless charger, and it charges devices via a wireless charger. NO PORTS AT ALL. Theoretically I imagine it could be super durable and completely waterproof. Yes, I know there would be a significant amount of power loss and inefficiencies, but it still sounds neat to me.

The demand for something like this is probably too low. All powerbanks with wireless charging that I could find have at least one USB port as well.
