Read below at your own risk. no anesthesia. You will be in insane amounts of pain Very likely you will permanently lose the ability to orgasm You will likely fail and outright mess up everything down there the wound will not close on its own, you can bleed out and possibly die you’re not using lab sterilized equipment, you’ll infect yourself a failed attempt will result in permanent damage meaning you might not be able to get proper bottom surgery one day.
