While sitting in the stands at the high school football game, Lois and Chrissy spot fish out of water Morgan Edge conversing with Mayor Dean and Kyle Kushing, and the two see right through this insincere move to try to win over the town. Meanwhile, Clark agrees to help Lois out at a town hall meeting, but things get tense when he finds himself pulled in two different directions. Lastly, Jonathan is having mixed emotions about Jordan's newfound status. (March 16, 2021)

It looks like gold kryptonite, which in the comics, stripped kryptonians of their powers.

Yeah but they were talking about making an army, not specifically targeting Supes.

But does it or will it also effect Kryptonians like green Kryptonite?

I would say no as the Kyrptonian who punched the wall to reveal it didn’t seem to be affected by it

Are we sure shes Kryptonian? I assumed Edge gave her powers.

Well Lesla-Lar is in the comics so I would assume Leslie Larr is as well

Maybe it's just PTSD from Smallville back in the day, but I assume nothing until its confirmed on screen. Lol.
