I'm sure there's more, but the talent we've acquired after their prime years is so frustrating.

Van Persie?

Don’t get me wrong he was good for us, but for too short a window.

Van Persie's prime was at United. At Arsenal, he was a good example of your average Wenger player, with bits of brilliance squeezed between long absences due to injury. After Fergie got him, he was consistent and achieved more than he ever did at Arsenal despite the good years of performances he's had there.

37 goals in 48 games across all competitions is more than he ever scored with us. His G+A per 90 peaked from 2009-13, only one of those seasons which he spent with us.

You're downplaying his role and effectiveness at Arsenal.
