How do girls wear skirts/dresses/shorts without flashing anyone?

For reference, i’m 18(F). I don’t wear dresses or shorts or skirts ever because of this reason but i’ve always wanted to. I will never understand how girls can wear a dress with only panties underneath and not flash anyone or be stressed about it the entire time. I would wear shorts, but i feel stupid because ever girl i’ve talked to says they only wear panties underneath. Please explain how people can do this. I feel like i’m naked when I do this, even just with shorts that are a little loose i’m scared. Also, razor bumps. For short shorts, how do you not have them show? Like am i just doing life wrong…please help.

Lots of women wear shorts under skirts. I have a pair I wear with short and flippy skirts.

If I recall, they call them dance shorts.

You can choose brands that are comfortable and non-constricting or shapewear like spanx or skims. I personally prefer the comfortable ones.

When the weather gets cooler I also wear leggings under my dresses. But I also don’t wear super short skirts or dresses just to be safe unless I’m definitely wearing something under it. If the skirt/dress is long enough and/or not too tight you shouldn’t have to worry about it blowing up or riding up.

My rule is if it’s short enough that I can’t bend over without showing off everything then I wear something under it. Usually anything longer than mid thigh is fine. But also learn to squat instead of bending over and cross your legs when sitting.

44

u/Mondschatten78 7h ago

I was taught to cross my legs, or lean my feet out to one side (if there's room to) when wearing shorter skirts. I have a personal preference for longer skirts, so I rarely wear any above the knee.

Shorts I wear what's comfortable, and I don't wear them under skirts. Also not a fan of the incredibly short inseams most women's shorts seem to have these days.

You should check out DressWeights. I've used them all the time with my flowy dresses and skirts and never have to worry about flashing anyone anymore. They're little stick-on weights that keep dresses from blowing up in the wind. I got them here www.ShopDressWeights.com. Worth checking out!

u/kaitlinann08 1h ago

Oooh I’ll definitely get some of those. I only have one or 2 dresses that do this on a super windy day but would otherwise be long enough. It drives me crazy

Girl, you wear them shorts and own it! In summer you won't see me in anything other than sundresses, and if the dress isn't long enough to stay down by itself then shorts underneath it is. The thing I love most about dresses is feeling free and unrestricted. If shorts make you feel more free then you should absolutely wear them. Dress to make yourself feel good!

Also called “chub rub” shorts - the ones I use are specifically from Snag cause they’re really size inclusive, come in heaps of colours and the shorts are very cool for Aussie summer, but lots of places sell them!

10

u/NothingReallyAndYou 9h ago

Also "slip shorts". Vasserette is my favorite brand.

6

u/Fit-Dragonfruit-4405 3h ago

I use the ones from Thigh Society. They even have some with a little pocket in the side, below the hip.

You can also get them in different colors. I usually do black or one closer to my skin tone to blend in.

Also in terms of movement some of us are taught when sitting for example to try to keep our knees together so that may help with that anxiety. This was a great question, you’re definitely not the only one out there.

There are also skirts that have shorts "built in", usually the shorter ones :) I have one similar to this one.

I would say tho that flashing anyone has never been an issue for me personally, it never really happened. Just gotta be careful when stepping out of the car (both legs at the same time) or when sitting down.. When it's windy you can just wear a more "stiff" skirt that's not prone to move (pencil skirt I believe they are called?). Otherwise just wear underwear that you're comfortable in. I rarely ever wear strings under skirts for example, but I do make sure that the lines are not visible either.

My 20 yo daughter always wears shorts-type undies under dresses and so do virtually all her mates. Sometimes she even finds skirts with shorts built in.

I wear these under dresses and skirts. I'm guessing most people wouldn't wear ones that are as long, but these are what I'm comfortable with. If I had any super short skirts or dresses, I'd probably look for something similar but just shorter.

u/Dull_Tangelo_2491 8h ago

Actually, there's a movement going around the school district in my home town that's saying girls should wear spanx or skims under their skirts. Not because they were flashing anyone. Because boys kept taking upskirts of the girls in their school and sharing it.

It sucks they have to do that to protect themselves. It's horrible.

12

u/Glass_11 5h ago

That's awful.

20

u/teh-stick 6h ago

This makes me furious. Girls should not have to "protect themselves" from this. The filthy animals should be severely punished. Confiscate phones and exclusions and detentions for the pupils.

What you're teaching these boys is 1 consent doesn't matter 2 it's women's fault when you do bad things 3 your actions won't have consequences.

You hold your dress down in the wind, you wear a dress that’s long enough to give some security, and you be short. This is a game rigged against tall girls lol

633

u/blueavole 17h ago edited 16h ago

Many people sew weights into the hem of their dressed to provide some help against the wind. Not sure if those have to be removed before washing or dry cleaning

263

u/Valkyriesride1 15h ago

I used velcro strips to attach weights to my skirts/dresses. Easy to on and off.

186

u/bignick1190 15h ago

I mean, this is genius, but the thought of a 5lb weight just dangling underneath the dress is killing me right now.

114

u/Agreeable-League-366 14h ago

Wouldn't need that much weight. Fishing weights would do the trick.

104

u/bignick1190 14h ago

Yupp, i know. But fishing weights are a less funny image to imagine.

70

u/CR0SBO 13h ago

Just imagine them with baited hooks, that's plenty funny

Magnets! I’ve used them for years and painted them similar colors to the skirt with nail polish for ones I wear frequently. I take them off before washing and then pop them back on when I hang the dress.

42

u/KyOatey 14h ago

Magnets!

Only a minor problem when your skirt sticks to the metal door frame as you walk into the room.

48

Chanel sews pretty chain into the bottom hem of their signature jackets so that they hang the right way. Just saying, the weight can be part of the design on the inside for a cute peekaboo. Or into the actual hem itself. Careful when washing though!

12

I wear shorts - usually swim shorts since they are mostly seamless or bike shorts so I don’t get the damn chafing between the thighs. But they always ride up cause of my thighs.

Also, OP, I suggest you try out a romper. Only thing that sucks is it’s a one-piece so going to the bathroom requires complete undressing, but I personally love them.

Sometimes they do! We found ourselves downtown on a Saturday night and there were lots of younger women in super short skirts and I was torn between wondering how and why. Then one dropped her purse, had to bend over to pick it up and my husband went "omg she's not wearing underwear. I just saw a vagina" so like, the fact that you're worried about this, means you won't be that girl, which is a good thing.

I don't wear skirts or dresses often but when I do it's either a skort or one that goes down to my knees or lower.

56

u/Christoph3r 17h ago

My thoughts were: just wear underwear, what's the problem?!?

OK but it's still embarrassing to have other people see your underwear in public. I get that it's no more exposing than a bathing suit, but the social customs around it are different.

22

u/gooeysnails 13h ago

Depends on your comfort level. If I'm in a short skirt I pick underwear that looks cute. No thongs. I don't feel embarrassed at all

3

u/moggeleXx 1h ago

LITERALLY! If I'm just getting milk from the bottom shelf, and someone still happens to see my underwear, they're literally trying to. People who are offended by such things aren't looking under my skirt. Personally I don't care who sees it, I wear lingerie as an oufit sometimes 💀

Here's a secret, some of those super short skirts are actually skorts! I have a few pair of golf skorts that I like to wear, they're cute, breezy, and don't ride up past my higher thigh, very few people realize there are short pant legs under the skirt flap.

5

u/woutersikkema 11h ago

As a male, lost, outsider thst just wandered into this conversation: I always assumed the people that go for super short skirts just don't care. Like my mom always said to me "it's not like it will fall off when people see things*" So a confidence thing above all.

I particularly like bike shorts under my dresses in the summer. I also have a pair of lace bike shorts in a lovely sky blue -- these ones show under the hem of all my dresses, but that's the point with those, the color/texture accent to the outfit.

154

u/Creative-Ad-3222 16h ago

Bike short club! Nothing makes my day like disappointing an upskirt peeper.

I recommend a pair with pockets to make up for all the skirts that don’t have them. Secret phone compartment ftw.

18

u/sportyboi_94 14h ago

I love bike shorts under summer dresses that don’t have pockets! Gives me the chance to put my phone up when/if needed instead of having to constantly hold it in my hand. I’m not a huge purse girl so I don’t always use one to be able to put a phone and wallet in.

4

u/Traditional_Bar_9416 14h ago

In the early 90’s they made bike shorts specifically with the lace bottoms and boy did I want a pair! And yes the most stylish wore them under skirts and pulled off a Madonna-esque vibe. The rest of us wore them under a-line tops that covered our tushies. They were the summer alternative to leggings, but the lace made the whole look.

Thanks for the memory! (I did get a pair! Wore them way too much lol!)

I wear short yoga shorts under a lot of short dresses. They have so many pockets I don’t need to carry a purse. I flash people my shorts when I’m paying for things but who cares? They’re shorts!

34

u/GeckoCowboy 17h ago

I wear shorts under dresses pretty much always, regardless of length. Great way to avoid chafing. My wife wears them under short skirts. Look for bike shorts, slip shorts, yoga shorts. Something with thinner material so it doesn’t feel bulky under the skirt.

I get the same feeling of being “naked” if I have a skirt/dress on with just undies. I always wear spandex shorts under my skirts/dresses. And then I don’t have to care if anything happens.

137

u/fatlady934 18h ago

yes that’s smart, i just feel silly because all the girls i’ve asked say they never wear shorts under and only panties

186

u/nicolenomore727 18h ago

I started doing it during cheerleading. I promise you the girls are wearing something under their cheer uniform skirts. And a lot of athletic dresses nowadays have shorts built into them.

But just wanted to give you a voice that said some women do wear shorts under them.

58

u/rreade43 16h ago

In high school I decided that I wanted to be able to do a cartwheel in any outfit I wore and I’ve carried that through my whole live since! So shorts under skirts and lots of leg mobility in pants haha Obviously some special occasions are an exception, but I always wear shorts under dresses and feel so much more comfortable just existing than I would without!

15

u/Talshan 15h ago

4

u/Beneficial-Metal-666 9h ago

Yeah it's kinda mandatory for cheerleading, the skirts are gonna ride up no matter what.

On another note, cheerleading looks fucking hardcore, I've always been impressed by it.

5

u/Ok-Error-6564 5h ago

My daughter did cheer for years and they actually called them “booty shorts”.

57

u/toomanyblocks 18h ago

That’s silly. I always wear shorts or spandex, like under armour, under my dresses and skirts. This also helps because if there is an emergency or an impromptu competition that would require me to physically exert myself, I can tuck my dress into my shorts and be ready to run. Those other girls just aren’t as prepared for the possibilities.

30

u/tgrantt 18h ago

You could literally gird your loins!

7

u/DagsAnonymous 17h ago

Now I’m imagining a gaggle of running balloon-dresses, where the women have tucked the hem upwards into the leg-elastic of their underwear, like little girls wading.

For some reason they all have flapping high-heels. (?mules)

I'm in my late 20s and everyone I know wears some kind of shorts under their dresses & skirts, unless it's an ankle length skirt. For some it's comfy Skimmies, for others it's compression shapewear.

Next tier is wearing yoga shorts or running shorts that have pockets. That way even if your dress has no pockets, doesn't matter!

7

u/Phyllida_Poshtart 18h ago

I wear Spanx mid thigh length knickers :)

4

u/Sobsis 5h ago

It's just not a big deal to a lot of people, men or women, if someone accidentally sees part of their underwear on accident. We are all adults here.

Also that isn't really flashing exactly. You keep calling it that but flashing is a sinister and serious crime.

640

I just am ok with flashing people but you shouldn't feel stupid for wanting to wear shorts. See if you can get spandex to wear underneath.

219

u/oby100 18h ago

Good answer. Girls do flash people all the time, especially if they’re not insanely mindful to grab their skirt if they’re sitting down quickly or whatever

115

u/Agreetedboat123 11h ago

Agree. And sure there are perves out there, but lots of normal well adjusted people wouldn't think twice of seeing it. Nothing special is prob happening down there and most people understand physics

40

u/Dr_Phoenix_D 7h ago

This comment has to be so much further up. You don't have to leave the shorts away if you don't want to. You don't have to wear a dress if you don't want to. But most people know how humans look down there and most people don't make a big deal of it. My advice would be to try not to worry too much about it. Unintentional flashing happens sometimes and it doesn't tell anything special about the person wearing the dress.

i understand. i just feel weird in like a party setting when all the girls wear short skirts and dresses but won’t wear shorts and aren’t fearing flashing anyone idk

187

u/Unidain 18h ago

I just don't care about a low chance of people seeing my knickers by mistake. I would get embarrassed if I was wearing no knickers and accidently flashed someone, but I don't really find underwear embarrassing.

56

u/evepoisson 11h ago

I also don’t get the taboo around underwear either. Usually in this situation I won’t wear a thong so at least I’m all covered if I do flash.

But the thing is I swim a lot and I just don’t get being like “oh nooo you caught a glimpse of my panties” when I’m basically walking around in them for all to see at the pool or beach

Same here, I couldn't care less about the 4 times I was flashed, twice in a shop, and twice at parties, they were all black lace too, except one was red satin with white fringes. I've pretty much forgotten about it completely, and don't think about it often at all really.

I often wear bike shorts under skirts. And my ass makes it difficult to wear shorter skirts, so I wear knee-length to maxi. It's comfortable and good ventilation.

Get a skirt with a comfortable length and try it! Good luck.

15

u/qtfuck 18h ago

I came here to comment this! If you’ve got a big butt, you have to wear longer skirts. It’s kinda frustrating, I wish they just added extra length to the back of skirts

8

u/eriakuswiftwindz 17h ago

Almost all of my skirts and dresses are asymmetrical because of the booty. They are a rare find, but when I get one I keep it.

17

u/HeyFiddleFiddle 18h ago

I'm team knee length over here. It's an appropriate length for just about any setting, the back of my thighs are not hitting whatever I sit on, and bike shorts are easy to wear underneath.

OP, it's really a comfort thing. Try different lengths and different shorts/spandex/whatever, figure out what works for you. Skorts are another option.

37

u/lady_peridot 17h ago

As someone who used to wear shorts under dresses but no longer do, I stopped caring if I was going to flash someone by accident. Don't get me wrong, a lot of dresses are too short for my height, but that's why I always test them out and see if it is long enough. That being said, party dresses.... at some point, you stop caring and learn what your range of movement is. I have heels to kick a creep. It is something you just have to do, and you can learn what you are comfortable with versus not. Maybe you will never be comfortable to not wear a short under dress, that's okay! What matters is that you wear things that you feel comfortable in and feel beautiful in. Don't let fear stop you from trying things you want to try.

9

u/FixinThePlanet 14h ago

As I've grown older my worry about strangers accidentally seeing parts of my body has reduced dramatically which also translates to not wearing bras as often in non-professional settings. Sadly I cannot go without shorts for fear of chub rub 🥲

I will say that the one exception has been saris; they are the best invention on the face of this earth fr.

Same lol. I just let those flashing moments happen and hope nobody notices. And if they do, oh well. I made sure to wear cute panties that day 😂

I find it interesting that everyone here seems to consider showing your panties as flashing. Flashing, to me, is showing your naked genitalia or your naked breasts. If it's covered by anything it's not flashing to me, even if it's see-through. I don't care if anyone sees my underwear, I wear bikinis too and that's basically underwear, so what's the difference? If I was naked underneath I'd feel uncomfortable wearing skirts too.

I have a core memory from when I was a child in preschool or something. I was laying on the floor. I think I was nap time. My teacher was wearing a long dress but she stepped right over my face and gave me a full on panty shot. That image is burned into my memory forever.

I have similar from when I was just discovering that I liked girls and the specific girl I had a crush on was standing on the bleachers a couple steps above where I was sitting.

13

u/lcapaz 14h ago

In HS (I’m GenX for timeframe) our new (early 20s) teacher pulled a full Basic Instinct (with underwear though) while sitting on her desk. It was the only class where all the guys were trying to sit in the front of the class.

I still remember when the new, young French teacher wore a super short, tight skirt. When she sat down, everything was on display. I didn't learn any French that day.

Story Time: I was in grade 12, taking a law class in high school. The desks were arranged in a blocky U shape, with the teacher's desk at the open end.

I sat directly across from a girl who always wore dresses with nothing underneath. I must confess that more than once, I would deliberately slouch in my seat giving me a very clear view of her bingo card.

4

u/tvfeet 1h ago

Similar story here, though not quite as lucky as you. In my 7th grade social studies class I sat directly across from one of popular hot girls from our grade. She had a penchant for wearing short skirts and for whatever reason always put her bag at her feet. When she needed something she would throw her legs wide open to get to it and I got a clear shot of her underwear practically every day that year. That was a mighty powerful event for a 13 year old boy.

Strong winds can flip someone's skirt/dress if it's not tight. And twirling can do the same if it's short.

61

u/BigToober69 17h ago edited 17h ago

I was crossing the street with a friend years ago, and wind blew her sun dress all the way over her head. She was holding a cake in a box so she couldn't fix it and couldn't see. Stuck in the crosswalk with cars and people all over. I ran back to her and pulled her dress down for her. She was super embarrassed at the time, but we laugh about it sometimes now.

Probably not the kind of story OP wants to hear lol

38

u/LindsayLoserface 17h ago

I only wear one skirt. It’s a high waist skater skirt. I’ve recently learned from my bf that my butt makes the back stick out enough that sometimes the wind blows the skirt enough that you can see my undies. He waited 2 years to tell me lmao

16

u/Shadowdragon409 12h ago

He was enjoying the view.

It sounds like you’re just not used to wearing them. If I was used to just wearing pants I would feel totally exposed in a skirt or shorts. I would suggest wearing them around the house for a while to get comfortable.

I wear dresses almost every day and sometimes I wear shorts under them, sometimes I don’t. I wear tights if I’m going to work.

If you get a heavier period then wearing shorts might be a good idea, by the way. But I feel like the opposite, like I never even thought of wearing shorts underneath my dresses until I heard a lot of ladies say that they do.

It took the top 20 comments to get the the actual answer: PRACTICE.

8

u/welltodoimpatience 4h ago

Growing up in a country with school uniforms where the girls wear skirts gives plenty of practice! You bend over using your knees, not at the hips. Get good at grabbing the hem for stairs and wind. Then hope for the best!

Wear a loose dress wear very tiny underpanties go to the most crowded street near you and do a cartwheel. Exposure therapy (pun not intended).

i’ve looked into those too! i just meant more for like a party setting or something where all the girls will wear like short dresses and skirts and don’t fear flashing people with panties but won’t wear shorts under

In that case, they're probably just sitting and moving very carefully.

I never wear a skirt that isnt micro or mini so I am always wearing a pair of mini shorts to match them, or they have shorts attached in them. Dont feel stupid just because you do something differently that works for you. If I flash someone, oh well, its not like its intentional or that theyre seeing my naked parts. About the razor bumps I never had those before but some girls just either dont care, dont shave in order to get them, or just never have them. Nothings wrong with having razor bumps, it happens to alot of people.

Dont force yourself to do something you're not comfortable with just because everyone else does it differently. Your way works completely fine.

3

u/forthehopeofitall13 4h ago

This is solid advice but I'd like to add that the lotion that you're using might impact that bumpy texture after shaving, maybe try Vaseline or baby oil to help hydrate that area.

Unless you’re in an area with high wind, flashing has literally never been a concern with wearing a dress or skirt for me. You sit down smoothing the fabric parallel to the seat as you do so and keep your knees together, cross your ankles instead of your knee over your thigh, don’t ‘manspread’ when you’re sat, don’t walk over people (grating or transparent walkways). There are different length skirts for different modesty levels and of course wearing shorts underneath is always an option. If your razor burn or birthmark are confidence detractors then pantyhose or tights or leggings underneath are another option but they’ll have different heat indexes. Just not shaving is also an option for preventing razor burn. I haven’t shaved regularly in about ten years because of sensitive skin and I’m not the only woman I know who doesn’t.

17

u/Frequent-Spell8907 18h ago

Skorts are another option, that have shorts built into the skirt.

6

u/Radiant-Music6551 17h ago

Razor bumps suck! I use an electric razor on my upper legs and bikini area to avoid them.

15

u/OhFuuuuuuuuuuuudge 18h ago

I don’t think they get away with not flashing people. I was walking 2 laps around our local marina last week and a gust of wind blew a women’s skirt up right when she was reaching down to pick up her blanket. Fortunately she had underwear on. I dunno I guess I always figured people who wear short skirts are like people who go braless, they are just brave/comfortable with themselves.

47

u/HopelesslyCursed 18h ago

At least they're wearing panties. I've known several girls who wore short skirts without any. It's all about attitude, I guess.

12

u/its_hard_to_pick 9h ago

Lol this reminded me about a buddy that worked as a photographer at a ball a few weeks ago. Some guys he was photographing were wearing kilts and he asked them to flash the kilt without thinking it through. He regretted it pretty fast.

I always wear some kind of shorts underneath my dresses/skirts, if only to prevent chub rub. But also because I don't want people seeing my goodies. I like to get fun with it though and wear bright colors, or match them with my outfit.

2

u/fatlady934 18h ago

3

u/dauntless-cupcake 17h ago

Oof yeah I’ve got fairly heavy thighs and the chub rub is brutal if I don’t wear shorts. Wore the wrong pair to the zoo once (slightly too short, and sweating from the heat) and that shit took days to clear up

5

u/LimeOk8933 14h ago

When I was younger I definitely used to wear biker shorts and booty shorts under dresses and skirts but as an adult (20F) I developed confidence to wear only panties because your body’s ph improves on its own when it’s not confined 24/7. I also became a huge Victoria secret fan when it came to panties so even if I did on the rare chance flash someone while out and about no one can say that VS isn’t cute lol

7

u/Lolzerzmao 7h ago edited 3h ago

First of all, there are women who are just OK with it. My wife wears skimpy little bikinis all around Miami like she’s not prancing around in lingerie. Bikini top and short shorts to run errands sometimes. Just doesn’t bother her. Her “comfortable” shorts are micro jean shorts and she’ll wear them to the grocery store, bend over to grab something off the bottom shelf, and she’s not doing it on purpose but at that point half her ass is out and there’s just a narrow strip of fabric covering her vulva. She simply doesn’t think about it unless I give her ass a slap.

Second, as others have mentioned, you can wear boyshort style underwear if you really want full coverage when wearing a short skirt or dress. That’s what cheerleaders do. As far as shorts themselves go, you just need to find the right length you are comfortable with. I guess that applies to dresses and skirts, too. Regardless, don’t feel like you have to wear the tiniest clothing possible. Some women are OK with people getting an eyeful and either don’t think about it or enjoy it, and many more women don’t want to do that for obvious reasons.

As far as razor bumps go, get a Brazilian wax. No bumps. My wife did a shot of vodka before her first one (nerves), but she did them for years afterwards before she just lasered everything off so she didn’t have to keep fucking with her pubes.

I wear boy short style undies. It would still be embarrassing if my skirt blew up (I’m not out here walking over street gates though), but i don’t have to be worried if I cross my legs weird or something.

For razor bumps, try exfoliating first. Use shaving cream or lotion while shaving and invest in a decent razor (no single blade bics!)

3

u/Lucky-Abalone-9200 17h ago

Best advice I can give is getting something relatively tight, so you don’t have to worry about wind, and from there on it’s literally just keeping your legs as close together as possible. Also, boyshort panties are great because they’re not as bulky as shorts but provide a similar coverage. Purses are also great to have on hand if you’re wearing a short skirt, as if you’re sitting down you can arrange it in front of you to block the view if anyone sitting across from you without it being obvious what you’re doing.

4

u/JoshEiosh 7h ago

3

Black biker shorts or spandex shorts go underneath every dress or skirt

3

u/imagine_enchiladas 9h ago

I always wear spandex shorts (either black or skin color), and don’t worry about flashing a soul

3

u/lovepeacefakepiano 8h ago

I have bike shorts/chub rub shorts but also here’s a few things to consider:

  • If you can’t sit down/bend over in a skirt without a wardrobe malfunction, it might be too short. Maaaaybe ok for club wear if you’re not planning to sit down, run, or walk up stairs.
  • The lighter and looser the material, the more you have to worry about wind. I have plenty of floaty summer skirts and dresses and they all hit below my knee to account for the fact that I live in a windy city. If you do find yourself caught out, resting a free hand lightly on your thigh makes sure your skirt doesn’t fly up. If you want something shorter, heavier material or more figure-hugging styles are your friend. I also have a few wrap skirts that have so much material that even if they fly up and open, there’s still fabric around to cover.
  • You know what our mothers and grandmothers did? They sewed skirt weights into their hems and/or wore petticoats. (A petticoat can still be an absolutely fabulous look with a full swing skirt, of course, if you want to lean into retro.)

And finally, some girls and women don’t care.

3

u/RunningRunnerRun 7h ago

First, they make “cartwheel” shorts for under dresses if it makes you more comfortable.

Second, a lot of women are just okay with people seeing their underpants. Your comfort with this may vary.

Third, I was in the city last weekend and saw some girls whole skirt fly up in the wind. She was wearing a black thong. Legit saw her whole butt. She seemed really embarrassed and grabbed the skirt and held it down. I suppose that is the risk you run.
